Hello and welcome to my website! On this site I will upload pictures and bits of information about projects I’m working on along with a feed of my Logbook from HRDLog.net. Here is a bit of information about my interest in the hobby:
After first developing an interest in radios through railfanning, I slowly met more and more ham operators who encouraged me to get my license. I finally decided to take the test on December 3, 2015 and was assigned a callsign on the same day. I then proceeded to take my General exam on January 7, 2016 and passed that as well. I am a member of ARRL.
I currently operate using a Yaesu FT-2900R with a Cushcraft 2m Ringo antenna for 2 meters and an Icom IC-746Pro with a homebrew 40 meter dipole for 40 meters.
